    1. Motion on proposed Amendment to UCLA Long Range Development Plan (2017) and UCLA Student Housing Projects including: opposing 20-story, 202-foot-high undergraduate dormitory high-rise tower containing 1,350 new undergraduate beds in a 350,000-square-foot complex on a 1.0 acre site proposed at the northwest corner of Gayley and Le Conte Avenues (current UNEX site); support for construction of replacement dormitory building on the UNEX site equal to the existing 106-foot-high University Extension building; reallocation of the remaining height, density, and beds from the UNEX site to the Warren Hall, Tom Bradley, and/or Drake Stadium sites; and calling on the University of California Office of the President and The Regents to prepare, circulate, and certify a new, updated, and comprehensive UCLA Long Range Development Plan in accordance with CEQA. – Steve Sann
    2. Motion supporting comprehensive review and update of Westwood Village Specific Plan and opposing proposed piecemeal amendments to WVSP Fast Food and Restaurant Definitions. – Sandy Brown

Motion calling on METRO to construct either a “full” or “half” portal entrance on the south side of Wilshire Boulevard to the Westwood/UCLA Subway Station of the Purple Line Extension to Westwood, in addition to the planned portal entrances on the north side of Wilshire Boulevard on UCLA Lot 36 and at the northwest corner of Wilshire and Westwood Boulevards (Chase Bank site), as promised in the Final EIR of the Westside Subway Extension project – John Heidt

In accordance with its Bylaws, the Westwood Community Council (WCC) shall provide an opportunity in open meetings for the public to address items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter and jurisdiction of the WCC.  Individual testimony within the Public Comment period shall be limited to two (2) minutes per person and up to ten (10) minutes per subject.  However, the WCC Chair has the discretion to modify the time allotted on each subject, to each speaker, and the number of speakers per subject.  Items may be called in any order at the discretion of the WCC Chair.  EVERY PERSON WISHING TO ADDRESS THE BOARD DURING THE MEETING MUST COMPLETE A SPEAKER’S CARD AND SUBMIT IT TO THE CHAIR OF THE COUNCIL.  The agenda is posted for public review at the Westwood Branch Public Library, 1246 Glendon Avenue, Los Angeles, CA  90024, and at http://www.westwoodcommunitycouncil.org online.  Belmont Village Westwood provides free covered self-parking in its underground garage, accessed from the driveway at 10475 Wilshire Boulevard, and also is accessible via public transportation by all bus lines serving Wilshire Boulevard.  Belmont Village Westwood, including its Town Hall Community Room, is an ADA accessible facility.
